Grund sind scheinbar die undurchsichtigen Umst\u00e4nde und Verwicklungen des Investors, \u00fcber welche auch &#8222;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Stadt f\u00fcr alle (\u00f6ffnet in neuem Tab)\" href=\"http:\/\/potsdam-stadtfueralle.de\/\" target=\"_blank\">Stadt f\u00fcr alle<\/a>&#8220; recherchiert hatte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-3 is-cropped
